SPEAKING
Eleven talks. Three domains. No slides about mindset.
I speak to founder-CEOs and the people who back them — at conferences, accelerators, firm events, and portfolio gatherings. The talks come out of the advisory work, which means they're mechanics rather than motivation.

02 · FORMATS
Talk
30 to 60 minutes. Twenty to thirty minutes of material, fifteen to twenty minutes of exercise where the audience works on their own company, then questions and discussion. Nobody leaves having only listened.
Bootcamp
Several sessions instead of one, across the same topics. Where a talk gets an audience to the idea, a bootcamp gets them through the work.
